Graduate paid program that is aimed to help you kick-start your career in the research & consulting world.

You will get the opportunity to work on real projects, for some of the leading companies in the industry of your interest.

Evalueserve’s structured program will allow you to build upon your interests, knowledge and existing skills, all whilst being guided by a group of experienced professionals.

All you need is a curious mind, a passion for learning and courage to take the lead in shaping your professional future.

Program Structure.

Month 1
Let’s get to know each other! Introduction to Evalueserve and research & consultancy world. Online training on core skills & processes.

Month 2
Work as part of a team! Introduction to Evalueserve client projects – dedicated project-specific trainings and on-the-job experience.

Month 3
You’re in the driver’s seat! Project work & individual coaching sessions.

Ready for more?
After the Initial Assessment, you will have the opportunity to get a full-time, permanent contract with Evalueserve as a Research Business Analyst.

Your Opportunity.

	As part of a global team, you will be supporting top industry players across various sectors, or major professional services companies
	Collect data through secondary research using online resources as well as leading global databases, and targeted primary research with subject matter experts
	Perform basic analysis on collected data for either short term projects or larger assignments
	Handling research in various areas, including competitive intelligence, company and industry analysis, financial indicators, macroeconomic parameters, and other data inputs in sectors like: ITC, automotive, consumer goods, energy, banking, logistics, pharmaceuticals, etc.
	Synthetize information and prepare summaries, reports or presentations
	Actively participate in team discussions on project specific areas, close collaboration with more senior team members
	Directly interact with internal and external clients, assist in building strong customer relationships

Entry requirements:

- University degree

- Demonstrated interest in at least one of the following: Economics, Business, TMT/ICT, Chemicals, Healthcare, Political Sciences, Education, HR, TTL (Travel, Transport, Logistics), Legal, Real Estate, Insurance, Procurement, Knowledge Management

- English – Advanced

- Other languages welcome, particularly: German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Polish

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Applicable for any city in Romania
